A hand-crafted version of this classic blend includes the finest quality organic full-leaf Ceylon black tea scented with natural Sicilian bergamot. Blue cornflowers accent the rich black leaves like a flower lightly worn in the lapel. The rich amber-hued brew produces a long, fragrant finish. 2.5oz / 71g. Packaged in the Bellocq signature yellow canister.
BREWING
- 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
- 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)
- Brew 4-6 minutes
- Good for 2 infusions
