A disciplined arrangement of jewel-toned beetles and butterlfies focuses particularly on greens. Housed within a shadow box frame with a rich black backing, the composition reads as both scientific display and graphic study. The structured layout allows each insect to stand on its own while contributing to the collective rhythm of the whole. 7.75"W x 10.25"H

CARE
Properly preserved insect specimens can last a life time if properly cared for, and many collections are passed down generation to generation. Please keep the lid of your insect case closed at all times, and use a soft cloth with a little bit of non abrasive glass cleaner to wipe the glass from the outside.
The biggest culprit in damage to entomological displays is humidity - so make sure to keep your art away from bathrooms, or other damp environments. Avoid exposing your collection to direct sunlight for long periods. For maximum maintenance, we recommend placing your box in a freezer for a couple of days every coupe of years, this will prevent parasites.
