Suitable for all cooktops, including induction. Metal utensil safe. Oven and broiler safe, up to 600°F. Hand wash and thoroughly dry with a soft cloth. For polishing and any discoloration removal use Wright's copper cream. Avoid using abrasive sponges or detergents. Not recommended for the dishwasher.
