Handmade in Vermont and poured in Texas.
Laura Zindel Bistro Cups transformed into candles only at KD BIEL. Size of cup: 3.5” (6oz.) Hand-poured candle of soy blend wax scented with blue cypress & absinthe. Approximate 35 hour burn time. Laura Zindel handmade ceramics are functional works of art. Crafted from white earthenware, brushed with lead free glazes and finished with Laura’s original pencil drawings. Food Safe. After candle has been burned through, hand wash container in warm soapy water. Not to be placed in the dishwasher, oven or microwave. Due to the handmade nature of these products, sizes and surfaces may vary slightly.
Laura Zindel Design is a Vermont-based company that creates handcrafted, nature-inspired ceramic tableware and home decor. Led by artist Laura Zindel and her husband Thorsten Lauterbach, the company produces items like plates, bowls, and serving dishes, which are made from white ceramic earthenware, hand-brushed with glazes, and decorated with enamel transfers of Zindel's drawings of flora and fauna.
CARE
Trim the wick to 1/4” before lighting for a clean and smoke free burn. Burn for 3 hours at a time for best practice. Do not burn for more than 4 hours to prevent overheating. After each burn, center the wick while the wax is still melted for candle longevity.
Once candle is burned through, hand wash in warm water. Mild cleaner.
