CARE 

Dishwasher safe up to 113°F (45°C) maximum. When washing by hand, do not use abrasive sponges.
For light-coloured wooden handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain. To preserve the radiance of the strong wood handles, wipe regularly with olive or linseed oil. Do not leave cutlery soaking in water.
